The kennels.ro website is operated by the company PROF PET CORPORATION ROMANIA SRL registered in the Trade Register with number J14/21/2023. The use of the site (including access, navigation and purchase of products on this site) constitutes an implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this document with all the effects and consequences arising from it.
Placing an order to PROF PET CORPORATION ROMANIA SRL represents your agreement with the terms and conditions of this Document.
PROF PET CORPORATION ROMANIA SRL does not provide your e-mail address to third parties, does not encourage spam and does not make public the data provided by its clients without their explicit consent. Any user has the possibility to delete the e-mail address provided from the database. The data as CNP in the case of natural persons or CUI/CIF and No. Registration at the Trade Register in the case of legal entities are used by the company only to fulfill legal obligations when issuing the invoice. All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT (9%). Due to the large volume of information and the conditions imposed by the suppliers, the prices, characteristics and availability of the products presented on this site may change without prior notice.
The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the order. PROF PET CORPORATION ROMANIA SRL will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the Goods and services delivered, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are incomplete or made without basic information (for example: buyer's name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address, billing address, payment method).
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to typographical errors or errors in pricing or product information received from suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products that show error. We will have the right to refuse or cancel any order even if it has been paid in advance. In this case, the money will be returned as soon as possible.
PROF PET CORPORATION ROMANIA SRL reserves the right to refuse collaboration with customers who display inappropriate behavior and language or have refused deliveries in their order history.

The commercial relations between the buyer and kennels.ro are officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.
The administrator of kennels.ro makes permanent efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information on the site, but sometimes they may contain inaccuracies (the specifications or the price of the products modified by the manufacturer without notice or flawed by operating errors). Attention: the photos are informative and may contain accessories that are not included in the standard packages.
