KiS-KiS DOLCE VITA really tasty food, based on highly digestible proteins, rich in veal, with herring. This aids digestion, for a shiny coat and skin and very compact stools. The kibbles are slightly fatty (with the right sort of fats and oils, naturally!), which benefits the coat and the bowels. The structure of this food keeps teeth and gums clean and makes them stronger. The special formula of vitamins and minerals provides all the nutrients an adult cat needs.

• Urinary pH control (urinary pH around 6.9, low level magnesia (Mg) and phosphorus (P)): On the basis of its composition, it can be concluded that the cat food KiS-KiS does not promote the development of struvite crystals in the urinary bladder of cats. The predicted urinary pH is 6.9, which is below neutral and rather acidic than basic. It is well-known that a neutral urinary pH does not facilitate struvite formation. The protein, magnesium and available phosphorus contents of KiS-KiS are 84 mg/MJ, 0.58 g/MJ and 17.8 g/MJ, respectively. Thus, the protein, magnesium and phosphorus levels are not very high and thus will not lead to high urinary concentrations of the struvite components. However, it cannot be excluded that certain individual cats that are prone to struvite formation do develop urinary crystals when fed the diet PRO-VET Struvite.
